Distilled twice in an ironing still, the Calvados will age slowly in oak barrels (12 years minimum for this vintage) before being bottled.

Carefully aged for 12 years (minimum) by the cellar master, the eaux-de-vie are then selected for the final blend, which will define the personality of the "elixir".

Orange amber in color, the nose of this Calvados is intense, the notes of ripe apples, toasted almonds and warm wood (cask) blend harmoniously. On the palate, the attack is frank, heady and dense (roundness), of good balance. We find the ripe apple almost fruit paste and the roasted almond. The finish is rather long, marked by light wood and a touch of spice (cinnamon).

Amateurs and connoisseurs will be seduced by this beautiful Calvados, for an aperitif, a dessert or a digestif.
