7. I received a faulty item, what should I do?
This is very rare but unfortunately defects can occur. In this case, please contact us by e-mail contact@okygift.com or by filling out the contact form. The following information must be communicated to us:
- Name of the person who placed the order
- Item name,
- The defect (+photo)
So that we can best respond to your request and get back to you as soon as possible.
